The Importance Of Vaccination

PUTRAJAYA : Most parents who refuse to vaccinate their children are those who live in the cities and are highly educated, said Health Minister, Datuk Seri Dr S Subramaniam today.

“The ministry has detected nearly 1,600 children who did not get vaccinated last year and this figure is increasing every year”. By Bernama – July 28,2017 @ 11.37 pm

Why do you think this is happening, what are the arguments for the refuse of vaccination?

Most parents, they said that they care about their children, but they somehow refuse to take precautions step, one of them is vaccination. First of all, vaccination is a treatment with a medicine, called vaccine in order to produce immunity against a disease. But, most parents, they think that vaccination is dangerous for their children, as the doctors are using syringe, and they also think that the vaccination is useless, since that they think that they could easily bring their children to the hospital or just purchase the medicine from the pharmacy.

On my opinions, I would say that most parents they think that the vaccination is pointless. They somehow think that when their children are sick, they might just bring their children to hospital, and let the doctor do all the work. There’s one said that ‘Prevention is better than cure’. So, here, what we can relate from the saying, is that vaccination is one of the way to prevent the children from getting sick and what not. Let’s compare the vaccination with the doctor’s treatment. With vaccination, chances on getting the diseases are somehow low, but, when you are sick, you already have the diseases. It just that you need the treatment in order to cure the diseases. So, here, I would like to state once again, that parents are somehow think that the vaccination things are pointless, since they can easily go to the doctor for consultation, and they didn’t know that vaccination is the one of the prevention on getting the disease.

Next, the parents think that the vaccination treatment is dangerous. Somehow, the parents think that the immunization will give side effects to their children. To be honest, vaccination is very safe and effective. The immunizations are only being treated to children after a careful review by scientist, doctors, and healthcare professionals. The doctors could not simply give the children the vaccination, without knowing the information regarding the vaccine, and the children’s issue. Also, the doctors are the one with the clarification, and they are the ones who credible enough to do the vaccination. Side effects such as allergic reaction, are very rare cases. The advantages of getting vaccines, are significantly more prominent than the conceivable reactions for all youngsters. So, the parents should not easily afraid of their children getting vaccinate, since there will be a good logical reasons, on why the children getting vaccinated.

To make a conclusion, most parents didn’t want to vaccinate their children, due to not care enough about the vaccination, and also the afraid on their children get vaccinate. From my point of view, the vaccination is a good and scientific way in order to prevent one’s life from getting the dangerous diseases. The immunization also can help the children from spreading the dangerous diseases to the future generations.

Stereotyping

Stereotyping is exaggerated generalizations associated with a categorizing system they go beyond the facts at hand and make claims that usually have no valid basis. Explain Stereotyping, or in other word, judging people. People who are stereotyping other person, they judged the person in many aspects, such as races, religion, and the obvious one, skin colour. I would say that stereotyping is happening everywhere, no matter where you live, there will be one person, that couldn’t agree with what you have. The reasons on why this ‘stereotyping’ problem occurred, are maybe influenced by family, or friends, hatred, or maybe experience from a certain group of races. First of all, the influences. Maybe they don’t really hate the minority people, who always get judged, but maybe, their family somehow, didn’t want them to be friend with. As far as they grown up, they didn’t experience the real situation on befriend with the minority one, and because of the false information given by the...

Hollywood 'Based On The True Stories'

Proposition: Hollywood produces great movies, but they don’t always tell the truth even it is based on “true stories”. Provide at least two (2) premises AND two (2) counter arguments for the proposition. Write in complete paragraphs. We all like to watch movies, and Hollywood movies are very synonym with the movies industry, as they are the one who are monopolizing the industry. When we sit and watch some of Hollywood movies, we will see during the intro credit of the movies, the phrase “based on the true stories’. The question is, was the ‘true stories’ really the true stories, and not the fictional one, created by the producer? To be honest, I am kind of distrust, when I see this phrase, because how can they know about the personal problem of the characters, without adding their own information. For instance, the story from the TV series called ‘I Am a Killer’ by Netflix. How could possibly they re-enact the scene of the criminal’s life, using their own actors or actress...
